Sales & Business Development:Identify and engage potential clients, including architects, interior designers, contractors, builders and real estate developers. Present and promote architectural solutions, products, and services to prospective clients. Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets. 2. Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions. Ensure excellent customer service and follow-ups for client satisfaction. 3. Market Research & Strategy:Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Identify new business opportunities and recommend strategies for market expansion. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the companys offerings. 4. Product Knowledge & Training:Maintain in-depth knowledge of architectural materials, design trends, and construction techniques. Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients and partners.

Architect Duties & Responsibilities This job generally requires the ability to do the following work: Lead and develop projects from early concept through design development Prepare drawings, specifications, and construction documents Design and document commercial and industrial building projects Consult with clients to determine their requirements Coordinate preliminary architectural studies for major new structures and alterations to existing structures and site development Organize and manage permit documents Work with teams across business lines, in remote locations, and coordinate with subcontractors Resolve complex design issues with innovative and practical solutions Modify existing plans and elevations to fit client and sales needs Create architectural designs based on customer input and feedback Prepare and execute client contracts pursuant to specific consultations Adjust contracts and designs to meet the changing needs of clients Draft designs that reflect green building values and cater to our clients desires for smaller carbon footprints Adhere to all industry standards in design Communicate with contractors and construction workers to implement designs Oversee and manage architectural production staffSkills:Extensive experience with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft OfficeWorking knowledge of Building Codes and Construction Documents
