Solution Architect (10-20 Years)

1. Minimum 8+ years of work experience as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, Solution Architect or SME

roles in BFSI domain.

2. Strong working experience of system and product architecture in one of the domains: Lending

/ Loan Origination / Loan Management is a must.

3. Possess strong client facing skills and experience in handling external stakeholders.

4. Experience in requirement gathering, creating business use-cases and user-stories,

documenting the functional/business requirements.

5. Hands on with BRD, FRD, Use Case, Flow Diagrams, solutioning, data management &

validation of functional scope.

6. Should have experience working in project implementation

7. Excellent written and verbal communication

8. Masters or Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Business.

9. Prefer candidature from software products, services or consulting background.
