Job Description

1. minimum 8+ years of work experience as a business analyst, product manager, solution architect or sme

roles in bfsi domain.

2. strong working experience of system and product architecture in one of the domains: lending

/ loan origination / loan management is a must.

3. possess strong client facing skills and experience in handling external stakeholders.

4. experience in requirement gathering, creating business use-cases and user-stories,

documenting the functional/business requirements.

5. hands on with brd, frd, use case, flow diagrams, solutioning, data management &

validation of functional scope.

6. should have experience working in project implementation

7. excellent written and verbal communication

8. masters or bachelor's degree in finance/business.

9. prefer candidature from software products, services or consulting background.
