Business Development Manager – Solid Wood Furniture & High-End AV Residential Projects
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a target-oriented Business Development Manager who can drive growth in both our solid wood furniture and premium AV residential solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong industry relationships with architects, interior designers, and real estate developers in Mumbai and across India.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build B2B sales through architects, designers, and developers
• Manage sales from lead generation to after-sales service
• Forecast monthly sales and meet revenue targets
• Present product solutions and handle price negotiations
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable products
• Explore opportunities in the commercial business segment
• Build and direct teams to deliver a great customer experience
What You Must Have:
• 6+ years of experience in business development or sales
• Strong network with architects, interior designers, and developers
• Experience in solid wood furniture and/or home AV systems
• Excellent communication skills (spoken & written English)
• Bachelor's degree (Master’s preferred)
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented personality
Sales Target Expectation:
• Should have a proven history of building substantial Sales revenue for a similar market
