Conducting Interviews:Organize and conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates' suitability for the role.Coordinate in-person interviews with relevant team members or hiring managers.Evaluate candidates' skills, personality, and cultural fit within the organization.5. Administering Assessments and Tests:Administer any necessary skill assessments, psychometric tests, or background checks to ensure candidates meet the job's technical and behavioral requirements.6. Job Offer and Negotiation:Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate salary, benefits, and other employment terms.Ensure candidates have a clear understanding of the compensation package, company culture, and job expectations.7. On boarding:Work with HR to facilitate a smooth on boarding process, ensuring new hires are properly introduced to the company, policies, and their teams.Ensure that all necessary paperwork, including contracts and tax forms, is completed.

Understand the benefits of each product and communicate with impact. Engage with customer and discover their wants and needs; Submit daily sales report through the company sales app.Answering consumers' questions, processing transactions, and making a good impression on behalf of the company.Seeing up camps, and work with di*erent stakeholders on marketing activities, promoting diferent products and services.Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.This role will be on Monalisa Manpower Management Payroll. Preferred candidate profile Female candidates Prefered.Proficiency in the Telugu language is a must.
