Job Title: Service Engineer Technical Site VisitsLocation: Navi MumbaiDepartment: Technical Services Salary: 30000-60000 per monthJob Summary: We are seeking an experienced and technically sound Service Engineer (Technical Site Visits) with a Civil Engineering background to oversee and execute service support at customer project sites. The ideal candidate will handle product demonstrations, application training, site problem diagnosis, and resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction and quality service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Conduct technical site visits for product demonstration, troubleshooting, and application guidance. Diagnose and resolve site-related issues, including waterproofing failures, surface preparation errors, or product misuse. Coordinate with the sales and projects team to support customer technical needs before, during, and after sales. Prepare detailed site visit reports with observations, recommendations, and photographic documentation. Train applicators, site engineers, and contractors on correct usage of products. Ensure all technical services comply with company standards and specifications. Support in pre-sales technical meetings with project heads, consultants, and clients. Help improve customer satisfaction by offering timely and effective solutions. Maintain strong technical knowledge of company products (e.g., waterproofing chemicals, repair mortars, sealants, tile adhesives, admixtures, etc.). Requirements: B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering (mandatory) 57 years of relevant experience in technical services or site management (preferably in the construction chemicals or building materials industry) Strong technical knowledge of concrete, waterproofing systems, and site execution practices Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to travel extensively for site visits across regions Familiarity with MS Office and report writing tools Working Conditions: Field-based job with regular site visits Working hours: As per site requirements (typically 9:30 AM 6:30 PM) Travel Allowance and other benefits as per company policy

Job Description:1)AAC Block & Block Jointing Mortar and Plaster Training Session at sites to be conducted.2) Breakage and Variation Complaints to be Resolved at Sites and Technical Meetings to be done at sites.3) Sites Audit for Proper Work at sites.4) Weekly Updates of Corporate sites while coordination with Quality Engineers and Supervisor.5) Taking Brand Approvals at sites while coordinating with Quality Engineers and Sales Officers Both.6) Coordination with Labs for Third Party Tests.7) Plant Team visit coordination and also update competitors' product quality updates to our Mumbai Team & plant team.8) Point of Contact between Mumbai Team and Plant Team Regarding Quality of Product.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES To ensure achievement of sales team targets for the given year for all India basis. To prepare and monitor annual KRA/KPI for team members including the sales budget. To ensure that all team members maintain and adhere customer data base for the assigned regions. To recruit dealers/ distributors wherever required (Domestic) in consultation with the Business Head. To ensure that all salespeople keep track of the samples submitted to customers and provide feedback to the organization on a ongoing basis. To maintain and regularly update list of Key Accounts (for India) and to ensure that the K.A.M. documents are being regularly updated by the concerned account managers. Ensure that the sales team collect dues within the pre-determined organization benchmarks. Joint visits to the key customers along with the regional managers and set examples by walk the talk. Follow up with the customers for new development at R&D and product management level. Collate information from the team on market trends, new product launches and provide inputs to the Business Development Manager/NPD head on regular basis. To regularly track Competition with respect to their market prices, new product introductions as well as win/loss of business against them and to recommend ways to increase our market share.Desired Candidate Profile Experience in leading a team of 4 to 5 regional heads Exposure of handling Maharashtra & Gujarat states. Excellent sales track record to Corporate Real Estate, Commercial spaces, Hospitals, ITES, Institutional Sales, Contractors, Architects, etc. Good communication skills (Written/Verbal). Able to maintain & develop relationships with existing customers in person Able to present the product favourably and in a structured professional way face-to-face
