You will lead a team, manage operations, and ensure that our productsand services meet the needs of our customers and partners.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of branch staff, including sales, service, andadministrative functions, to achieve excellent performance and customer satisfaction.Sales and Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth,increase market share, and meet or exceed branch revenue targets.Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers,distributors, and retailers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.Service Management: Oversee the service operations for LED TVs, Air Conditioners,Refrigerators, and Washing Machines, ensuring high quality repairs and maintenance services.Operations Management: Manage branch operations efficiently, including inventory, logistics,and customer support, to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.Budget Management: Prepare and manage the branch's budget, optimizing costs while meetingrevenue targets.Reporting: Generate regular reports on branch performance, sales, service operations, andfinancial results, and present findings to senior management.Compliance: Ensure that all branch activities adhere to company policies, legal requirements, andsafety standards.QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS: Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred). 12+ years of experience in branch Manager
