Key Responsibilities: Assist in identifying new business opportunities within the bond/debt market, including corporate issuers, institutional investors, and intermediaries. Support senior team members in client acquisition, deal pipeline tracking, and relationship management. Prepare and customize pitch decks, market research reports, and presentations for potential clients. Conduct preliminary market analysis and help monitor developments in the fixed income space (interest rates, yields, credit spreads, regulatory news, etc.). Coordinate meetings, demos, and follow-ups with prospective clients. Maintain and update CRM systems and track engagement metrics. Assist in organizing events, webinars, and conferences to promote services and engage with industry stakeholders.________________________________________Requirements: Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. 03 years of experience in a business development, sales support, financial research, or capital markets role (internships count!). Basic understanding of debt instruments, such as corporate bonds, sovereign bonds, and other fixed income products. Strong communication and interpersonal skills able to speak confidently with clients and internal stakeholders. Good analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
