— Communication: Strong verbal communication skills are essential.

— Financial Knowledge: Prior experience in tele-sales within the financial industry, particularly loans and credit, is preferred.

— Specialized Knowledge: Familiarity with secured loans, unsecured loans, and CIBIL is crucial.

— BFSI Sales: Experience in the business loan is Mandatory.
