Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, purchase and production. Manage project documentation, schedule and budget. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project quality and progress. Coordinate with various govt. departments for payment processing. Identify and mitigate project risks and develop contingency plans. Roles and Responsibilities- 3 Axis/ 4 Axis / 5 Axis / GROB operators required.- Set-up computerized machines to perform machine functions on work piece Input control instruction into the machine.- Evaluate program blueprints to outline machine operations and dimensions.-Install machine tools and gadgets using manual working tools.- Replace old machine tools when worn-out with new ones- Make use of network links to ensure transmission of a command fromcomputer servers to computer numerical control modules- Take accurate measurements of workpiece and gauges for production- Carry out maintenance measures to ensure the good condition of machines- Change or replace switches and cylinders- Good knowledge of set-up and operation- Good knowledge of blueprints and micrometers- Good knowledge of edits and G-Codes, M-Codes- Have basic knowledge of production materials
