We are seeking a dedicated BAMS Medical Officer with hands-on exposure to Pediatric ICU / ICU to support clinical operations, patient monitoring, and emergency care. The role involves working closely with senior pediatricians and intensivists in a critical care environment. Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor pediatric and critically ill patients and report clinical changes to consultantsAssist in ICU procedures under supervision (IV lines, monitoring, documentation)Maintain accurate patient records, treatment charts, and ICU notesCoordinate with nursing staff and ICU technicians for effective patient careHandle emergency situations and assist in patient stabilization as per hospital protocolsEnsure strict adherence to infection control and ICU safety standardsCommunicate effectively with patient attendants when requiredFollow hospital policies, protocols, and ethical medical practices Skills & CompetenciesPrior exposure to ICU / PICU / NICU preferredKnowledge of Basic Life Support (BLS) / Pediatric Life SupportAbility to work efficiently under high-pressure critical care settingsStrong clinical observation, documentation, and reporting skillsTeam-oriented with good communication and coordination abilities
