Safety & ComplianceEnsure compliance with industry standards (IEC/IEEE/NEC/IS) and electrical safety regulations.Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and ensure safe working practices.Prepare documentation for inspections, permits, and regulatory approvals.5. Project Management & CoordinationPlan, schedule, and execute electrical engineering projects within budget and timeline.Coordinate with vendors, contractors, consultants, and internal teams for project execution.Maintain accurate documentation including reports, manuals, checklists, and work logs.6. Continuous Improvement & InnovationIdentify opportunities to improve energy efficiency, automation, and system reliability.Research new technologies and provide input on upgrades and modernization.
