Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to ensure the accurate translation of project requirements into AutoCAD drawings.3. Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with design standards, specifications, and project requirements.4. Track and manage revisions of drawings, ensuring that all changes are properly documented, implemented, and communicated to relevant teams.5. Collaborate in the integration of Building Information Modeling (BIM) into the drawing process, supporting multidisciplinary coordination.11. Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of all drawings, specifications, and revisions for future reference or project audits.12. Assist in the preparation of project proposals, technical submittals, and other documentation required for project approvals.13. Incorporate feedback from clients, contractors, and consultants into revised AutoCAD drawings.14. Provide training and support to junior staff or new team members on AutoCAD software, design processes, and drawing standards.15. Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while ensuring that drawing deliverables are completed in a timely manner.

- Create accurate, detailed, and precise technical drawings and blueprints using AutoCAD software for various construction projects, including structural, electrical, and mechanical designs.- Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand project specifications and requirements, ensuring that designs align with technical and regulatory standards.- Visit project sites to gather data, perform measurements, and assess project needs for accurate drafting and design work.- Update and revise existing drawings based on feedback from stakeholders, ensuring all changes are incorporated in line with project schedules and budgets.- Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy in all drafted designs, checking work for compliance with local codes, building regulations, and client requirements.- Maintain an organized archive of design documents, revisions, and technical reports, ensuring easy access for future reference and project tracking.- Ensure the integration of various design elements (structural, electrical, plumbing) into a cohesive set of working drawings, coordinating changes between different teams.- Use AutoCAD and other software to create 3D models of buildings and infrastructure, providing a clear visualization of the project for clients and project teams.- Assist in the preparation of material take-offs and cost estimations by generating accurate design documents and quantities for construction materials.- Ensure that designs comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards for construction projects.- Provide support and guidance to junior draughtsman or new team members, offering mentorship in drafting techniques, software usage, and industry standards.- Assist the project management team by ensuring that design deadlines are met and provide accurate timelines for drafting tasks.
