Role & responsibilities Generate 3D models from diagnostic CT images and use commercial and research software to design patient specific implants and surgical instruments.Works with all departments to facilitate and implement new designs, engineering changes, and software development for CAD processes.Perform tasks under the company FDA and ISO-conforming quality system.Acknowledge and participate in research programs, quality assurance, and quality improvement projects carried on in the company.Preferred candidate profile Candidate must have experience in Soliworks design and GD&T Exposure towards using 3D CAD modeling software, SolidWorks is preferred.A Diploma or Graduate in an Engineering field or equivalent education. Candidate must be good in solidworks. Candidate should have trained himself for few months and must practice regularly. Must be ready to sign a bond and work in shifts, either 6 AM to 3 PM or 3PM to 12 AM.

Job Summary:The Aerospace Engineer is responsible for the design, development, testing, and maintenance of aircraft, spacecraft, missiles, and related systems and components. The role involves applying advanced engineering principles to improve performance, safety, and efficiency, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities: Design & DevelopmentDesign and develop aerospace systems, components, and structures (aircraft, satellites, propulsion systems, etc.).Use CAD and simulation tools (CATIA, SolidWorks, ANSYS, MATLAB, Simulink) to create and test design prototypes.Develop new materials, manufacturing methods, or structural designs to enhance performance.Optimize aerodynamic, thermal, and propulsion system performance. Analysis & TestingConduct aerodynamic and structural analyses using CFD and FEA software.Test prototypes for functionality, safety, reliability, and performance under various conditions.Evaluate data from wind tunnel tests, flight tests, and simulations.Troubleshoot and resolve design or performance issues. Project & System ManagementPlan, manage, and oversee aerospace design or research projects from concept to completion.Integrate subsystems (avionics, propulsion, structures, controls) into a complete vehicle.Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including electrical, mechanical, and software engineers.Prepare technical documentation, project plans, and progress reports.
