Opening For Product Design Expert

Key Responsibilities:

 Design and develop innovative bamboo-based products from concept development to

final production.

 Create detailed 3D models, technical drawings, production drawings, assembly details,

and joinery specifications for manufacturing using AutoCAD or similar CAD software.

 Develop a thorough understanding of the existing product portfolio, manufacturing

processes, materials, and production capabilities to ensure design compatibility.

 Collaborate with artisans, fabricators, and production teams to convert design concepts

into functional prototypes and commercially viable products.

 Specify appropriate bamboo treatment, seasoning, preservation, and finishing processes

to enhance durability, moisture resistance, crack prevention, and protection against

insects.

 Prepare high-quality product renderings, presentation materials, design documentation,

and technical reports for clients, management, and production teams.

 Ensure all designs meet quality standards, production feasibility, sustainability

objectives, cost targets, and client requirements.

 Coordinate with cross-functional teams during product development to address design

modifications, manufacturing challenges, and quality improvements.

 Stay updated with emerging trends, materials, manufacturing technologies, and

sustainable design practices related to bamboo and other natural materials.

 Contribute to the continuous improvement of product designs by incorporating user

feedback, market insights, and production learning.
