As a Project Manager cum Client Services Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the planning, execution, and successful completion of projects under the guidance of senior project management professionals. This multifaceted role combines project management responsibilities with client services coordination, requiring effective communication, organizational prowess, and attention to detail to ensure project success and client satisfaction. Project Planning: Assist in developing comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.Task Coordination: Coordinate and monitor project tasks, ensuring their timely completion and adherence to deadlines.Communication: Facilitate seamless communication between team members, stakeholders, and other internal teams to achieve project goals.Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, project schedules, and invoices.Quality Assurance: Contribute to ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards through regular reviews.Team Support: Provide essential support to project teams by assisting with task assignments, resource allocation, and issue resolution. Assist in brainstorming sessions with the Creative team.Client Interaction: Communicate with clients via various channels, addressing inquiries, and maintaining positive relationships through regular updates. Identify and resolve client queries, and maintain detailed client records.Hiring Support: Participate in the hiring process, providing guidance to team members and new recruits.Product and Service Information: Provide clients with relevant information on the products and services offered by the company. Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including defining project objectives, scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and quality standards. Conduct feasibility assessments, stakeholder analysis, and develop strategies to ensure project success. Project Implementation: Oversee project activities, coordinate with team members and partners, manage project resources, and monitor progress against project plans. Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, ensure compliance with project requirements and standards, and make timely decisions to address project challenges. Monitoring and Evaluation: Establish monitoring and evaluation frameworks to measure project progress, outcomes, and impacts. Conduct regular monitoring visits, collect and analyze project data, and provide timely reports to stakeholders. Use evaluation findings to inform project adjustments and improve project performance. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with project stakeholders, including local communities, partner organizations, government agencies, donors, and other relevant stakeholders. Foster effective communication, collaboration, and coordination among stakeholders to ensure project alignment and successful outcomes. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular progress reports as per the KPI, develop LFA, project documentation, and project closure reports. Ensure that project records are well-maintained and project documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with organizational and donor requirements. Team Management: Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to project team members.

Dossiers development, tech transfers, in-licensing, with brief technical experience in R&D, production or technology transfer. Execution of business road-map of organization Project portfolio management and feasibility analysis Client management and relationship build-up Reviewing and finalizing proposals, costing, agreements, and timelines for the projects. Monitoring clinical operations at different CROs Manage CRO and CMO relationship and communications Supporting BD team by providing support and positive organization impression Facilitate senior management briefings on project portfolio Acquiring resources and coordinating with other departments in order to deliver projects according to plan Identify, effectively communicate, and resolve project issues and risks Minimizing performance bottlenecks for high productivity.

Oversee the creation and execution of design solutions including imagery, charts, infographics and multimedia elements used for marketing, advertising, sales and other forms of communications. Calculates project cost estimates based on materials and resources required; maintains pricing list or system for recurring or standard projects. Consult with customers and stakeholders to conceptualize, scope and develop project deliverables and timelines. Ensure the layout and design are aligned with brand and production standards and follow best practices Oversees the day-to-day workflow and output of the department, prioritizing and assigning projects. Ensures finished projects align with customer and project requirements before product leaves department for printing, delivery, and/or distribution. Attends design consultation meetings for unusual or large-scale projects. Assists team members with projects as needed. Performs other duties as required. Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.

Desired Candidate Strong spoken and written English, Graduate from any field. Previous experience in handling projects or vendors would be a plus.
