The ideal candidate will handle daily drafting, court appearances, and the vetting of property/commercial agreements.Core Duties:Court Proceedings: Appear before District, MM, RERA, and Family courts; manage the litigation diary and filings.Documentation: Draft legal notices, rejoinders, and miscellaneous applications; assist in mediation and legal aid etc.Transactional Support: Review and vet Agreements for Sale (AFS), Gift Deeds, Release Deeds, and Conveyance documents etc..Banking Compliance: Prepare Title Search Reports and Indemnity Undertakings for banking clients.

The Law intern should have driving skill and should have a two wheeler with driving licence to work, commute

Hiring for 2 Civil Lawyer/assistant lawyer Jobs in Mumbai, Maharashtra, Advocate Lawyer, with minimum 2 Years Experience, Required Educational Qualification is : LLB with Good in Advocacy knowledge etc.

Drafting and review of Property documents such as conveyance deeds, lease deeds, development agreements, etc. and title due diligence, review and understanding of revenue records, MIDC related matters, etc.
