Job Description

responsible for accounts, finance, secretarial and taxation of a newly incorporated section 8 company dealing with alumni activities of an education group comprising about 32 schools and colleges. operating knowledge of tally and ms office necessary.

job description:

• day to day accounting including receipts, payments, journal entries, payroll and bank reconciliations, bank balance maintenance - upto annual accounts compilation.

• maintaining minutes of meetings, statutory registers and assisting in online filing of documents with roc.

• checking vendor invoices and payment to vendors.

• filing of income-tax, tds, returns and forms.

• preparing details for income tax assessment.

• applying for non-deduction of tds certificate.

• preparing mis.

• co-ordinating with the auditors.

• any other work assigned from time to time.
