Key Responsibilities:* Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation. Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports. Manage accounts payable and receivable. Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements. Assist with budgeting and forecasting. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Provide support during audits and tax preparations.

We are seeking an experienced Tax and Accounting Specialist to join our dynamic team and manage crucial aspects of our financial operations.Responsibilities:GST Filing: Ensure accurate and timely preparation and filing of Goods and Services Tax (GST) returns in compliance with regulatory requirements.Income Tax Filing: Manage the preparation and filing of income tax returns for individuals and/or businesses, keeping abreast of relevant tax laws and regulations.TDS Filing: Oversee Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) compliance, including accurate calculation, deduction, and timely submission of TDS returns.Tally and Account Maintenance: Utilize Tally ERP 9 software to maintain accurate financial records, including ledger entries, purchases, billing, journal entries, profit and loss accounts, and balance sheets.Financial Recordkeeping: Ensure meticulous recordkeeping and documentation of financial transactions, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.Tax Research: Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations, conducting research to ensure accurate compliance and identifying opportunities for tax optimization.Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, auditors, and tax authorities to provide necessary financial information and support during audits or assessments.Reporting: Generate financial reports, summaries, and analyses as required to provide insights into the financial health of the organization.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in GST filing, income tax filing, TDS filing, and Tally ERP 9.Strong understanding of tax laws, regulations, and accounting principles.Proficiency in using Tally ERP 9, Microsoft Excel, and Word.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
