Workshop Supervisor (Male)

As a Workshop Supervisor, your main role will be to oversee daily operations in the workshop, ensuring that all activities run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise Workshop Activities: Monitor all work being completed in the workshop, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.

- Manage Staff: Lead and motivate a team of workers, providing guidance and support to ensure tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.

- Coordinate Work Schedules: Develop daily work schedules for the team, making sure that resources are utilized effectively and that deadlines are met.

- Quality Control: Inspect finished work and materials to ensure that they meet required specifications and quality standards, addressing any issues promptly.

- Maintain Equipment: Oversee the maintenance and repair of workshop equipment, ensuring that all tools are in good working condition to prevent delays in work.

- Report Progress: Keep accurate records of daily activities and progress, providing updates to upper management as needed.
