Hiring For Visa Counsellor (Only Females)

We are seeking a skilled Visa Counsellor to assist clients in navigating the visa application process. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience and a graduate degree. This position is based in our Vadodara office and is open to female applicants only.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their visa requirements and provide accurate information on various visa types.

2. Documentation Assistance: Guide clients in gathering necessary documents, ensuring all paperwork is complete and accurate for submission.

3. Application Submission: Submit visa applications on behalf of clients, following the correct procedures and timelines.

4. Follow-Up: Regularly check the status of applications and communicate updates to clients, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.

5. Regulatory Awareness: Stay informed about changes in visa regulations and policies to offer the most current advice to clients.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients. Strong organizational abilities are essential to manage multiple applications and deadlines efficiently.
