Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruiting: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation.
Strategic Partnerships: Act as a strategic talent advisor to senior leaders, providing market intelligence, compensation guidance, and workforce planning.
Sourcing Strategy: Develop and execute innovative sourcing approaches to attract top-tier candidates, including utilizing LinkedIn Talent Insights and niche platforms.
Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in hiring efficiency by leveraging ATS data (., Workday) and refining interview frameworks.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive, high-touch experience for all candidates throughout the process.
