Location: Sector 75 Mohali

Experience: 0-6 months (Freshers can apply)

Qualifications: B. Tech (CS, IT, EC, EE, EEE), BSc. (IT, CS, Computers), BCA, MCA,

Shift Timings - Night shifts 7:00 PM €“ 4:30 AM

Job Description:

€¢ Responsible for sourcing the right candidate profiles through various job portals.

€¢ Thoroughly assessing candidates based on skills and experience, area of interest, geographic location in the US, and visa types.

€¢ Ensure meeting daily/monthly targets of submitting quality candidates for open job requirements released by clients.

€¢ Completing a thorough analysis of candidates' commitment and background checks.

€¢ Getting updated resumes from the candidates and formatting them according to clients' needs Arranging interviews for shortlisted candidates.

€¢ Completing appropriate paperwork before onboarding the candidate.

€¢ Sending daily activity of submittals and interview updates to the account manager.
