MoxieIT is Hiring Freshers and Experienced Recruiters.Must have minimum 6months of experience in all sorts of Healthcare Recruitment. Freshers can also apply. Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for Direct Clients in the US with Contract /Fulltime placements. Develop action plans recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through various job portals and networking websites. Must have clear understanding of benefits, compensation, USVisa/ employment types and terms like W2, full time, contract etc. Analysing requirement from the clients accordingly identifying candidates on the basis of Clinical/Non-Clinical requirements. Strong in resume searching through traditional and non-traditional recruitment techniques. Sourcing and recruiting candidates by using various portals. Prime responsibility is sourcing suitable profiles of Clinical professionals for multiple projects and assignments in the Healthcare industry. Good communication. Experience in healthcare, pharma recruiting. Training will be provided for Freshers Willing to work in EST Timings. (7:30pm - 4:30am) Should have Laptop/Desktop to work with excellent Wi-Fi Connection.Benefits : INCENTIVES/APPRAISALS MONTHLY RECOGNITION 5 DAYS A WEEK TA WILL BE PROVIDED FOR ONSITE EMPLOYEES
