key responsibilities
customer support:
handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chat queries from international customers.
address customer concerns, provide product/service information, and resolve complaints efficiently.
communication:
maintain a high level of professionalism and fluency while interacting with customers.
adapt communication styles to suit diverse cultural backgrounds.
problem-solving:
diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues.
provide appropriate solutions or escalate unresolved matters to the concerned departments.
sales (optional):
upsell and cross-sell products/services when applicable.
meet or exceed assigned sales targets, if applicable.
documentation:
accurately document all interactions and follow-up actions in the crm system.

skills and qualifications
