key responsibilities

customer support:

handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chat queries from international customers.

address customer concerns, provide product/service information, and resolve complaints efficiently.

communication:

maintain a high level of professionalism and fluency while interacting with customers.

adapt communication styles to suit diverse cultural backgrounds.

problem-solving:

diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues.

provide appropriate solutions or escalate unresolved matters to the concerned departments.

sales (optional):

upsell and cross-sell products/services when applicable.

meet or exceed assigned sales targets, if applicable.

documentation:

accurately document all interactions and follow-up actions in the crm system.

prepare reports on customer feedback and recurring issues.

skills and qualifications

education:

minimum high school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree preferred).

experience:

prior experience in a bpo or customer service role is advantageous.

freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

skills:

excellent verbal and written english communication skills.

active listening and problem-solving abilities.

familiarity with crm systems and customer service software (., salesforce, zendesk) is a plus.
