Key Responsibilities:
ï¶ Day-to-Day Accounting and Follow-Up:
 Oversee daily accounting activities and ensure timely follow-up with team members.
 Verify all payments related to contractors, including . Bills, purchase bills, and expense bills.
 Prepare quarterly and yearly financial statements.
 Plan and manage funds for weekly vendor payments and monthly/quarterly EMI payments.
 Follow up with the CRM team for customer collections and financial institutions for collection.
 Liaise with financial institutions for loan disbursement.
 Provide necessary details to financial institutions as and when required.
MIS & Budgeting:
 Prepare provisional cash flow statements on a quarterly basis for management.
 Compare provisional cash flow statements with actual expenses and identify variances.
 Prepare various MIS reports as required by management.
Taxation:
 Compliance of various statutory laws such as Income tax, Service tax and Works Contract tax, etc.
 Handle Income Tax scrutiny case assessments, commissioner appeals, and search cases.
Others:
 Manage various ROC compliances, including annual return filing and AGM extensions.
 Verify individual employee TDS, salary payments, and payments related to PF, ESIC, and PT.
 Follow up with financial institutions for project approval (APF).

 Proven experience in accounting and financial management.
 Strong understanding of statutory compliance and tax laws.
 Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
 Proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
 Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
 Must have real estate company background
