Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Vasant Kunj (Delhi)

Experience: 2 - 5 Years

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated, target-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate

will be responsible for making outbound calls, converting leads into sales, handling

customer queries, and achieving weekly and monthly sales targets. The role also involves

maintaining call records, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting the overall sales

process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided leads.

• Explain products/services and answer customer queries.

• Generate sales and achieve weekly and monthly targets.

• Follow up with interested prospects to close sales.

• Maintain and update customer databases and call records.

• Handle customer objections professionally and convert inquiries into sales.

• Monitor call quality and maintain compliance with company standards.

• Track leads, call connects, and conversion funnels.

• Share daily MIS reports with the management team.

• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support.

• Support escalation calls and assist in closing deals when required.

• Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly team meetings or huddles.

KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.

• Experience in target-driven environments such as telesales or inside sales.

• Basic understanding of MIS reporting and dashboards.

• Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.

REQUIREMENTS

• 1 - 2 years of experience in Sales, Tele-sales, or Inside Sales.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.

• Experience in the aviation industry is an added advantage.

• Strong communication and customer handling skills

We are looking for a candidate with 2-5 years of experience in travel sector sales

(both B2B and B2C). The candidate should have strong knowledge of PAN India

agents. Experience in the aviation sector will be an added advantage.
