• responsible for teams knowledge and development, cultivating skillsand supporting

team on campaigns/activities enabling them towards aop achievement

• liason with managers to identify training and development needs and conduct

evaluations to identify areas of improvement

• responsible for designing effective training modules, content management and

enhancement in line with learning objectives

• ensure compliance to guidelines and quality of business

• responsible for training role for new products/projects in line with organizations

initiatives

• support and mentor new employees

• manage training budgets and monitor training effectiveness

• staying abreast with product, process and skills knowledge

knowledge, skills and attributes

• proven experience as a trainer in financial products is a must

• phenomenal communication, presentation and public speaking skills

• understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools and willingness to keep

abreast of new techniques

• proficient in ms office (especially excel, word, powerpoint)

• organizational and time management abilities

• critical, innovativeand creative thinking

• willingness to travel and ability to manage large size of batches
