We are looking for a dedicated Tour Manager to join our team in Rishikesh, India. In this role, you will help organize and manage travel experiences, ensuring that all tours run smoothly and guests have a memorable time.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and coordinate travel itineraries: You will create schedules that include activities, accommodations, and travel routes for different tours to ensure a seamless experience for guests.

- Lead tours: You will guide groups through various destinations, providing important information and ensuring safety and enjoyment throughout the journey.

- Manage customer inquiries: You will communicate with clients to answer questions, address concerns, and provide necessary information about tour packages.

- Handle bookings and payments: You will assist in securing reservations for transport, lodging, and activities, managing the financial aspects related to bookings.

- Collaborate with vendors: You will work closely with local suppliers, hotels, and transportation companies to maintain high service quality.

Required Skills and Expectations:

You should have strong organizational skills with attention to detail, enabling you to manage multiple tours effectively. Good communication skills are essential to interact with guests and vendors professionally. A positive attitude and ability to solve problems are important, as unexpected issues may arise during tours. Proficiency in using computers and booking software is also required. A background in travel or hospitality, while not mandatory, would be beneficial.
