Travel Manager || Freshers & Experienced

We are looking for a dedicated Tour Manager to oversee and coordinate travel plans for our clients based in Patna, India. This role is suitable for individuals with 0 to 6 years of experience who have completed at least their 12th grade.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Planning and Coordination: You will create detailed travel itineraries and ensure all bookings for transport, accommodation, and activities are confirmed and organized.

2. Client Interaction: You will communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences and provide personalized recommendations to enhance their experiences.

3. Problem Solving: In case of unexpected issues during the trip, you will need to think quickly to find solutions, ensuring a smooth travel experience for clients.

4. Budget Management: You will manage budgets for travel arrangements, ensuring all costs are within client expectations while providing excellent service.

5. Documentation Assistance: You will help clients with necessary travel documents, such as permits and visas, to ensure compliance with local regulations.
