We are seeking a dedicated Tour Manager to join our team in Jaipur, India. This role is ideal for individuals with up to six years of experience who are passionate about travel and customer service.

As a Tour Manager, your key responsibilities will include planning and organizing travel itineraries. You will coordinate logistics like transportation, accommodation, and activities to ensure a smooth experience for travelers. You will also be in charge of leading groups on tours, providing them with information and assistance throughout their journey.

In addition, you will interact with clients to understand their travel preferences and answer any questions they may have. Ensuring customer satisfaction will be a primary focus, and you will resolve any issues that arise during the tour.

We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure. A positive attitude, strong organizational abilities, and attention to detail are essential. You should be comfortable working in a team and engaging with a diverse group of people. Proficiency in English and Hindi will be beneficial.

While prior experience in travel or tour management is preferred, we welcome candidates who are new to the field and eager to learn.
