â— Tracking and Monitoring of Sales on a daily basis.
â— Handling escalations, and providing resolutions of issues in real time.
â— Marketing & Sales Plan and Capital Budget to ensure increase in footfall in stores of assigned
territory.
â— Manage on-going profitability of outlets, ensuring revenue and customer satisfaction targets are
met and exceeded.
â— Prepare a monthly financial report for the owners and stakeholders.
â— Helping in the procurement of operating supplies and equipment, and contracting with third-party
vendors for essential equipment and services, and managing inventory of assigned stores.
