1) Assist in the preparation of tender documents, presentations, and variation orders.
2) Conduct site visits to gather data and assess project requirements.
3) Submit and administer contract data requirements in SAP.
4) Prepare and seek approval for orders in SAP for all contract-related items.
5) Organize and maintain a secure filing system for all contract data.
6) Provide administrative support during tendering, including:
7) Communicating with vendors and evaluation teams.
8) Collating commercial and other proposal-related information.
9) Indexing documentation during tender clarifications.
10) Coordinate site visits and clarification meetings between end-users and bidders.
11) Work closely with the Tender Committee Secretary for assigned contracts.
