gem portal / tender expert - we are looking for a resource who has experience in scouting and filling government and other tenders. this resource needs to have the following know-how.

understanding of the gem portal - the resource must have a good experience and understanding of operating the gem portal. he/she must have worked on gem portal for at least 2 years.

government tender - the resource must have worked in filling government tenders with required documents. he needs to have an understanding and experience in creating different documents for clearing the eligibility for a particular tender.

finding relevant tenders - the resource must have a know-how of different government agency tender portals to identify relevant tenders.

registration of various government agency portal - the resource must have know-how of how to get vendor registration done on different government agency portal.
