Tellecaller - Ludhiana (Female Only)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated female Telecaller to join our team in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role and have completed at least the 12th grade.

Key Responsibilities:

- Making Outbound Calls: You will conduct calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about our products and services, discussing offers and promotions effectively.

- Customer Interaction: Engaging with customers to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve any issues they may have. Your ability to communicate clearly will help build positive relationships.

- Maintaining Records: Keeping detailed logs of all calls made, including customer responses, feedback, and follow-up notes to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.

- Achieving Targets: Working towards daily or monthly targets for calls made or sales achieved, contributing to the overall success of the team.

- Feedback Collection: Gathering customer feedback on products or services to identify areas for improvement and report insights to management.
