Telecaller (Freshers) Mumbai

We are looking for a female Telecaller to join our team in Vasai East, Mumbai. This role is perfect for recent graduates or individuals with up to one year of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Making Calls**: Reach out to potential clients to provide information about our products and services. You will need to engage with customers and politely address their inquiries.

2. **Data Entry**: Maintain accurate records of all calls made and customer interactions in the database. This ensures follow-ups are timely and organized.

3. **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify leads through effective communication and understanding of customer needs. Your efforts will help in building a strong customer base.

4. **Reporting**: Provide regular feedback to the management about customer responses and trends observed during calls. This will contribute to the improvement of our sales strategies.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have a minimum educational qualification of 12th grade. Strong communication skills in Hindi and English are essential for effective interaction with clients.
