Zouma is seeking a dynamic Telesales Executive to drive revenue growth through outbound calling and lead conversion. This role focuses on generating sales opportunities, building client relationships, and meeting targets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to pitch products/services and generate leads.
Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries to close sales effectively.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM systems like Zoho.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
Handle customer objections, provide product information, and negotiate deals.
Collaborate with the sales team to refine scripts and strategies.
Update customer databases and prepare regular sales reports.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA in Marketing preferred.
2+ years of telesales or BPO sales experience.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (Zoho experience advantageous).
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and time management skills.
