We are looking for the position of TELESALES EXECUTIVE in URBAN MONEY .

Key Responsibilities :

Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads.

Pitch products/services, explain benefits, and answer questions about offerings.

Understand customer needs and tailor product offerings accordingly.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Follow up with leads who have shown interest but not yet converted.

Handle customer objections or queries professionally and with a solutions-based approach.

Provide feedback on campaign performance and customer trends to the team.
