Telesales Executive (Fresher) - Female Candidates Preferred

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telesales Executive to join our team in Nagercoil. This role requires a female candidate with a passion for sales and a positive attitude. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services over the phone, ensuring excellent customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Initiate Sales Calls: Reach out to potential customers through phone calls to introduce our products and services, aiming to generate interest and capture leads.

- Follow Up on Leads: Maintain regular communication with potential clients, following up on previous discussions to encourage sales and answer any queries.

- Understand Customer Needs: Listen to customers carefully to identify their needs, and recommend suitable products to enhance their experience.

- Maintain Accurate Records: Keep detailed records of customer interactions, sales leads, and outcomes to track progress and report to management.

- Meet Sales Targets: Work towards achieving set sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers.

- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Basic computer knowledge to handle sales software and maintain records.

- A pleasant phone manner and a confident attitude to build rapport with customers.

- Previous experience in telesales or customer service is an advantage, but not mandatory.
