We are seeking a motivated Telesales Executive to join our team in Andheri East. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 2 years of experience in telesales and must have completed at least the 12th grade. This full-time position requires working from the office.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Conduct Outbound Calls:** Make calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services, aiming to meet daily or monthly sales targets.
- **Build Customer Relationships:** Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and enhance customer loyalty.
- **Understand Customer Needs:** Listen to customers to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions that meets their requirements.
- **Record and Update Data:** Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the database to track sales progress and customer feedback.
- **Follow Up on Leads:** Regularly follow up on leads provided by the marketing team, ensuring no opportunities are missed for sales.
- **Handle Customer Queries:** Address any questions or concerns the customers may have regarding products or services, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
**Required Skills and Expectations:**
Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and have a friendly and persuasive phone manner.
