Telesales Executive/telecaller Executive

We are looking for an experienced Telecaller to join our dynamic team at Span India Realtor. If you are passionate about real estate and have strong communication skills, this opportunity is for you!

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to property buyers/leads.

Explain real estate project details and offerings.

Schedule site visits and follow up regularly.

Maintain and update the customer database.

Achieve weekly and monthly telecalling targets.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of telecalling experience (preferably in real estate).

Fluent communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English.

Basic computer knowledge and CRM tool handling.

Target-driven and customer-focused approach.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
