Telesales Executive (Freshers) Greater Noida

Looking for a confident, target-oriented candidate with good communication skills, comfortable with telecalling, lead generation, customer follow-ups, quotation preparation, and basic computer work for a startup company based in Greater Noida.

Key Responsibilities:-

Generate and fetch leads through IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Justdial, and other online platforms.

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales.

Understand customer requirements and explain products/services effectively.

Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.

Prepare and format quotations for customers.

Maintain sales records and customer data using Tally, MS Word, and MS Excel.

Handle regular customer follow-ups and update lead status.

Achieve assigned calling and sales targets.

Requirements:-

Good communication and convincing skills.

Familiarity with IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and Justdial is preferred.

Basic knowledge of Tally, MS Word, and MS Excel.

Ability to prepare and format professional quotations.

Experience in lead generation, telecalling, or sales will be an advantage.

Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn can also apply.
