We are looking for motivated and customer-focused Investment Coaches to join our Bangalore team. This role involves engaging with customers over calls, understanding their financial needs, and providing personalized investment guidance-primarily in mutual funds. The position is target-driven and operates within a structured, professional environment that supports continuous learning and career growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Achieve daily productivity targets, including 200 outbound calls and 3 hours of talk time.
• Effectively plan and utilize the workday to engage and educate customers through telephonic conversations.
• Educate customers on investment products, with a primary focus on mutual funds and achieve daily and monthly targets through these conversations.
• Recommend suitable investment solutions aligned with customers’ financial goals and risk profiles.
• Meet defined sales, redemption calling, and daily ticket-closing targets.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through high-quality service and consistent follow-ups.
• Adhere to organizational processes, compliance requirements, and performance KPIs.
Qualifications
Education
• Graduate or Postgraduate in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Commerce, or a related discipline.
Experience
• 6 months to 3 years of experience in telesales or inside sales, preferably within the financial services domain.
• Prior experience or knowledge of mutual funds is an added advantage.
• Freshers with strong communication skills and a keen interest in finance may also apply.
Location Preference
• Candidates must be willing to work from Bellandur / HSR Layout, Bangalore or relocate as required.
Required Skills
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (neutral accent preferred).
• Basic understanding of financial products and risk management concepts.
• Strong customer-centric mindset with effective problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to perform consistently in a target-driven and structured work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
• NISM Series V-A certification (preferred; candidates without certification should be willing to obtain it.
• Proven experience in selling financial products such as mutual funds or insurance.
