Fresher hiring for Telesales Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic Tele Sales Executives to sell Algorithmic Trading Software . Candidates with stock market experience will be preferred; however, freshers with strong communication and convincing skills are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain our algo trading software

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions

Generate leads and close sales over the phone

Follow up with interested clients and maintain relationships

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience in share market / stock market / trading / financial products (preferred)

Freshers with excellent communication and persuasion skills can apply

Good command over Hindi and/or English (regional language is a plus)

Confident, target-oriented, and self-motivated

Basic knowledge of stock market concepts is an advantage
