We are looking for enthusiastic Tele Sales Executives to sell Algorithmic Trading Software . Candidates with stock market experience will be preferred; however, freshers with strong communication and convincing skills are also welcome to apply.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain our algo trading softwareUnderstand client requirements and recommend suitable solutionsGenerate leads and close sales over the phoneFollow up with interested clients and maintain relationshipsAchieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targetsMaintain accurate records of calls and sales activitiesPreferred Candidate Profile:Experience in share market / stock market / trading / financial products (preferred)Freshers with excellent communication and persuasion skills can applyGood command over Hindi and/or English (regional language is a plus)Confident, target-oriented, and self-motivatedBasic knowledge of stock market concepts is an advantageSkills Required:Strong communication & convincing skillsSales and negotiation skillsCustomer handling skillsWillingness to learn about algo trading and financial markets
