candidate with inbound and outbound voice experience in disbursal operations with banking and lending industry

explaining and convincing the customers about the benefits and offer related to the financial product like personal loan and insurance

understanding the needs of customers and helping the customers to complete the loan process and in collecting required information

Ability to make customers understand about various repayment setup (NACH/E-NACH) methods and guide them on the same

convincing the customers on submitting KYC documents and any additional documents required by credit and risk function

convicting the customer on submitting financial document and statement involved procuring personal loans in a timely manner

verifying all submitted documents and details and guiding the customer throughout the process

following up with prospects and engaging them multiply times to fulfill their financial needs

Ability to maintain composure in critical situation and deliver target oriented results
