Key ResponsibilitiesLead Management & CRM Operations: Receive, log, and filter incoming inquiries from various platforms (IndiaMART, TradeIndia, website, or direct emails). Assign qualified leads to the respective regional sales managers and track updates in the CRM system.Proposals & Tendering: Assist the sales team by compiling product catalogs, preparing technical-commercial quotations, and drafting formal business proposals or tender submissions.Marketing Collateral & Branding: Coordinate with external design agencies or internal teams to update company brochures, product datasheets, corporate presentations, and exhibition stall designs.Digital Media Coordination: Maintain the companys digital footprint by scheduling social media posts (LinkedIn, Facebook), managing email newsletters, and tracking basic website inquiry analytics.Exhibitions & Event Management: Manage the logistics, stall booking, promotional materials, and post-event lead tracking for industrial expos, trade shows, and customer meets.Sales Reporting: Compile weekly and monthly sales reports, order-booking trackers, and market analysis data for review by senior management.Cross-Functional Liaison: Coordinate with the production, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure smooth communication regarding client order statuses and payment realizations.
