Hiring Freshers || Telesales Executive

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive/Telecaller Executive to join our team based in Naduveerapattu, Chennai. This full-time role is ideal for candidates with little to no prior experience who are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

In this position, you will primarily be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products or services, and providing information to support their purchasing decisions. You will also handle customer inquiries, follow up on leads, and maintain accurate records of interactions within our database.

Key responsibilities include:

- Conducting outbound calls to prospective clients: Engage with potential customers to introduce our products and services effectively.

- Understanding customer needs: Listen carefully to customer inquiries to provide tailored solutions and address any concerns they may have.
