Job Summary :

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to prospective students, explaining our courses, and converting inquiries into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities :

Make outbound calls to leads generated through marketing campaigns and inquiries

Explain course details, benefits, and career outcomes to prospective students

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable programs

Follow up with leads regularly to drive conversions

Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in CRM systems

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Handle objections and provide appropriate solutions

Coordinate with the admissions and sales team when required

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred)

0-3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales

Excellent communication and persuasion skills

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)

Ability to work in a target-driven environment
