Job Description: Telemarketing Executive
Chai Waale is seeking a motivated Telemarketing Executive to drive franchise sales. The ideal candidate will
have a strong background in telemarketing or sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build
and nurture relationships with potential franchisees. Experience in the QSR (Quick Service Restaurant)
industry will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential franchise leads and engage them with Chai Waale's franchise opportunities.
Educate potential franchisees on Chai Waales brand, business model, and franchise benefits. Qualify leads based on their suitability and interest in Chai Waales franchise options.
> Coordinate with the Franchise Sales team to manage and follow up with potential leads.
Maintain and update the CRM system with lead details and interactions.
Address questions and concerns from prospective franchisees promptly and professionally.
Support the sales process by scheduling meetings and following up on inquiries.
