Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound / outbound calls from / to customers
• Identify the needs of customers, resolve issues, and provide solutions
• Upsell / Cross-sell other offerings of the organisation
• Adherence to script provided by the company for uniformity
• Maintain good customer relations
• Meet personal targets and work towards meeting team targets
• Build positive work relationship with customers to enhance the image and public
perception of the company & customer
• Maintain a courteous and friendly disposition when interacting with customers
irrespective of their temperament
• Ensure daily shift call quotas and set targets are achieved
• Able to operate during the shift and interact with customers using a computer and
headset
• Maintain confidentiality of transactions
• Follow Company and Client Code of Conduct
